Located a stone’s throw away from Regent’s Canal, The Waterhouse Project is the epitome of fine dining and wholesome food, created by 1 Michelin-starred Gavin La Chapelle, and 3 Michelin-starred chef Herber Berger. Expect to feast upon an intricately designed, eight-course menu, accompanied by five wines. Important to note: their February menu has yet to be finalized, so their current menu online is a great reference to see what’s in store!

Expect flavours to excite the palette! From 48-hour cured sea trout with a spiced beetroot purée, to pumpkin and cinnamon sorbet(with a pumpkin seed crunch!), it’s safe to say Gavin and Herber intend to deliver renowned dishes and memorable taste with each and every service.
